Determining whether a roof is repairable or not will require an on site inspection. We offer these for free. 

We will determine the age and condition of the roof as well as any fundamental issues that could prevent successful repair. 

Regardless, we will give you honest advice. If your roof is repairable we will tell you. If we feel repair may be unsuccessful or not worthwhile we will also tell you and provide you with our professional advice.

For full roof replacements we specialise in forms of Metal Roofing. This also includes changing Tile roofs to Metal roofs.

Metal roofs are durable and long lasting. Depending on the type of metal they can last anywhere from 30 to 100+ years. 

They are highly versatile for all shapes, sizes and pitches. 

Metal roofs are much lighter than Tile and can be a great option for older homes that require a roof replacement. 

They are less prone to cracking, warping or damage from hail or tree branches etc. 

If they are installed well they are usually less problematic and easier to maintain.

The frequency of cleaning depends on how many trees are near or above the roof. It could be as often as every 6 months, or as infrequent as every 2-3 years. 

If the gutters haven’t been cleaned in a while, we recommend having before and after photos taken. Have them cleaned them again in 12 months to compare the build-up. This will help you decide if cleaning every 12 months is not enough or if they can go longer between cleans.
